ACTIVITY
My photos of auroras borealis of 2003 and the particular subject made well road during the next year, an extraordinary subject is unlimited of interest and curiosity for all, here is my striking activities so far...

      The Internet site was embellished with images with numerous pages printed matter in colour which gave a realistic apercu of the composition of the site and especially the presentation of photos auroras borealis.

 

 

 

      My leading guest was certainly Dominique Cantin, the one that was l origin of all my adventure, be without fear, he spoke and spoke about auroras borealis with present people and he said to us all l excitement which l animates when he is opposite has face with an aurora borealis, quite my thanks.       I participated in the competition of photo of the MRC of BELLECHASSE, the chalet of St-Michel was a part of criteria of place of residence to take part has this competition of photo. A chosen photo guaranteed to her author a place on the Bellechasse's calendar 2004. I sent 2 photos, a photo of aurora borealis on the river St-Laurent in Marinaded her(it) of St-Michel, then the another nicknamed photo " the green hat " which represents a brilliant aurora borealis over a St-Michel's old barn. This last photo was chosen and it met itself at the beginning of the calendar for January 2004.

     At the beginning of 2004, Lévis's newspaper published 2 of my photos of auroras borealis in their main page. This newspaper Lévisien "Le journal de Lévis" demonstrated of the interest for my photos of auroras borealis and I am a co-worker with them as photographer for photos of the other kinds, of which Lévis's tourist places. 
      Marie Bouvrette from Lévis makes of the painting with talent. She appeared at home one evening to choose, in my photo album, a photo of aurora borealis as model for the next cloth. Result was impressive and moreover its picture had a lot of effect in exhibitions in 2004.

      Cinema Lido and Lévis's falls started up, since February 2004, a new concept of movies - relaxation to satisfy their clientele in wait of the main film. People of the region could present a project of accompanying to this movies - relaxation. When my photos of auroras borealis were presented has Mr. Sylvain Gilbert of Lévis's cinemas, he was certainly conquered and a numeric broadcasting assembly foreseen for 2 minutes went to second 4 minutes 52. L history of the sorcerer of auroras borealis was going so to be told and to be presented to all. Thirty eight images, a narrator, a musical creation and a digital assembly ( Which is presented in my site from the page reception). This movie - relaxation is presented from June 11 till July 6, 2004 before every film, in every room of 2 cinemas. Here is the poster of presentation placed in the cinemas of lévis. 


      Participating in the competition of photo of auroras borealis of the Norwegian site NORDLYS since February, 2003, my photo " Aurora Sorcerer " was chosen a winner in November 2003 and was a finalist for the photo of 2003. I am the first Quebecois to take gain a honor in this international competition. As price for the photo of November, I received a watercolour of a Norwegian artist, which represents a reindeer in its natural environment in the presence of an aurora borealis. The official letter of the responsables for Nordlys confirms me the victory of my Aurora Sorcerer in November, 2003.

 

     My first-rate photo taken to St-Michel, on October 30, 2003 during a magnetic thunderstorm, which represents a strong pinkish aurora borealis and having the shape of a face of a person which was associated to the come Sorcerer of auroras borealis to steer its spectacle. The photo subjected to Nordlys's competition was called «AURORA SORCERER».




 

     Lévis's newspaper" Le journal de Lévis", in the edition of her in the middle of December on 2003, underlined my exploit to have been the first photographer and the Quebecois hunter of auroras borealis in taken gained a honor in this international competition.


      

 

 

 

 

 

 

  The date of the 16 juin2004 was that of the launch official of my Internet site  www.banditdenuit.com  and of video " j saw the Aurora sorcerer " in Lévis's cinema Lido. Indeed one about fifteen d invited, mainly my co-workers for the realizations of video and of the site went(surrendered) on the spot, well acceuilli by Sylvain Gilbert propriètaire Lévis's cinemas, followed 2 projections putting in speedboat(star) the Aurora Sorcerer.
